Please Read Our Return Policy on This Page To Understand The Return Conditions, Procedures, And Make Sure Your Item Is Eligible For Return.

We have a 7-day Return & Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return Item:

  • Before sending the Parcel you need to contact us on Our WhatsApp 0302 0049458
  • you need to ship parcel back to our Official Address we will analyze and will accept or reject based on reason and conditions of item
  • Dispatch item back to our office on following address:

  • Contact: 0302 0049458
  • Do Mention your name of receiver and order id on parcel for reference.
    You will receive the Partial Refund (total COD amount - delivery amount( 200 or respective applied) if your return application is approved
  • Fill in the fields in form above to open the Application
  • Add Return item tracking and courier company name in Remarks section
  • Follow the steps to complete the Application
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the Return Request is completed

Return Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,

  • You will receive the FULL REFUND or Partial Refund if you availed FREE DELIVERY (total COD amount - delivery amount( 250 or respective applied)
  • You’ll be automatically refunded on your bank account mentioned on return application within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your returned product is not validated for return, how you are informed?

If the quality check department rejects your return request then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you.
The arrangement of the delivery will be held by us.

Note: We will make 2 attempts to return the product to you. Please make sure to be available for the time of delivery at your given address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by exchanging free of cost if Applicable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or one time used items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

  • In addition, we will take care of picking up the package and send a courier to you for Exchange 
  • The courier will contact you before it reaches the address, you just need to have the package ready, in order to get it picked by courier team in exchange of item
